The Zone, A Prince of Tennis RP

 I have two very special assignments this month. 

1. Able Spaceman Tooyama, K9 unit Kinjirou and Mr. Ohtori, you are assigned to find an unknown object in the desert (coordinates will be given to you shortly). It is suspected to be a small spacecraft manned by poachers. Find and arrest them. They are likely to be armed.

2. Petty Officer Kirihara and Mr. Mizuki, you are to investigate suspicious seismic activity near the new outpost and determine if it is safe to continue work. 



Further instructions may be given as needed. 




These assignments will begin on May 19 and end whenever the inspector leaves when objectives have been completed.

Semi-open log for the 4th expedition, Team 1 (Byodoin-Gakuto-Kirihara-Ibu) and Team 2 (Chitose-Yagyuu-Zaizen)

How this works: only characters involved in this event can tag in this log.

Pre-Expedition Events (Open until everyone gets tired of it): e.g. Training and Packing. These events will involve only training/supply personnel (e.g. Medical for First Aid, Engineering for equipment, Logistics for requisitions, Tachibana for rations etc) and the personnel going on the mission. This will also include everyone hopping on the shuttle to get to the seaside expedition location (total 7 expedition folks + one NPC pilot)

Expedition: (Open until everyone gets tired of it): Set up categories/threads as needed, for example :Camping, Digging, More Digging. Other characters can also tag eg if someone makes a comm call, but make sure you ask/inform that person first, and this should not take up significant portions of the log. As always, ask in the Discord if you have any questions.

Just to refresh your memory: Team 1 goes out to play hero, Team 2 carefully sciences. Both teams will regroup in the shuttle at the end of each day to eat and rest.

Colonists:

It's time once again to set out on expeditions.

As before, I’ll be sending out two teams on expeditions. You will be heading out on the 5th of December, so you have some time to prepare and requisition equipment. The expedition will last 2 weeks. The teams are as follows:

Team 1: Byodoin, Kirihara, Mukahi
Team 2: Chitose, Zaizen, Yagyuu

For this expedition, both teams will be working closely together. They will first be traveling together via shuttle to a region by the Belt Ocean [satellite image and coordinates]. There, Team 1 will map the shoreline and clear out any potential threats, while Team 2 is to collect samples and survey the area for potential sites for an outpost. Both teams will be equipped with flying and diving drones (please see Engineering for equipment). Due to the unknown nature of hazards at the location, both teams will report back and shelter in the shuttle for their daily rest. Note that communications with the base may be spotty due to forecast storms.

As before, Ibu will be accompanying one of the teams.

Engineering will be providing a crash course for both teams on the operation of various equipment. Please see requisitions for appropriate supplies including anti-rust spray (VERY IMPORTANT).
