He sighed and enjoyed the steady "step step step" of Sanada climbing up the stairs instead. "I'll have to talk to the others to figure out what to do in the case of you not being available," he said, as way of casual conversation to make this whole thing less weird (maybe). "I'd so hate for you to deal with the guilt of having not been around and therefore responsible for my perishing in a failing colony."
